Refrigerator Oatmeal

  • organic old fashioned rolled oats 
  • coconut milk yogurt, or Greek yogurt  or goat yogurt.
  • raw bio goat milk 
  • chia seeds
  • fresh fruit of choice
  • nuts, walnut, hazel nuts
  • berries, dried goji, dried mulberries, any berries are great
  • leave to soak over night and enjoy in the morning
